In 1998, after completing his ophthalmology residency at Boston University School of Medicine, Dr. Diamante became Medical Director of Ocean State Ophthalmology, a Providence-based practice with a forty year history. With rapid growth came the need for larger medical offices. In 2011, a custom-designed medical facility with an adjoining retail eyewear gallery was constructed. He named it OPTX Rhode Island. Every detail was designed for patient convenience and comfort. Today, this shining center of eye care excellence offers the most progressive technologies to diagnose and treat eye disease in its earliest stages.
